Information we collect

When you submit a problem for diagnosis, we collect the description you provide, any photo you optionally upload, and — if you choose to receive your report by email — your email address. We also collect limited technical data such as your IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention) and standard analytics about how the site is used.

How we use your information

We use the problem description and any photo solely to generate your diagnostic report. If you provide an email address, we use it only to send you a link to your completed report. We do not sell your personal information.

Report access and sharing

Each report is private and addressable only via a secret link that includes a unique share token. Anyone you share that link with can view the report. Do not share the link if the report contains information you wish to keep private.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party processors to operate the service, including AI providers for analysis, email delivery, storage, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention

We retain reports and associated data for as long as needed to operate the service and as required by law. You may contact us to request deletion of a report or your associated data.
